Usability Evaluation in Electronic Employee Performance Reports Using the Usability Testing Method

Employee Performance Reports electronically (LKP) are used by lecturers to periodically report performance on for 6 months which includes teaching, research, and community service plus support. Sometimes in the reporting, there obstacles experienced related filling out report. The purpose of this research is measure effectiveness, efficiency, user satisfaction. Besides that, I want know topics that often discussed lecturer participants. This was conducted involving 5 who actively E-LKP. Data collection carried through experiments participants E-LKP gave their opinions about using Think Aloud method analyzed QDA Miner Lite. usability testing test results show effectiveness value 95%, efficiency 96% SUS 61. think-aloud when working assigned scenarios Lite software so highest coding frequencies study Activity, Assignment Letters, External Activities, Moving Activity Codes, Research.
